General Instructions for the +2 Students


Check List to Invigilators of HSE 2012
09.15     reach School for  HSE EXAM with Hall Ticket and writing material
09.45     FIRST bell
                Students enter to the exam hall and sit as  in the below drawn  table
10           student cluster Seat them starting from right middle and ending at left middle.

Invigilator

09.50      Students get the  answer booklet, check if the register numbers are written correctly.   The invigilator checks the Register No and other details wriiten in the main sheet in the prescribed column. Don’t make over writing and scratches in the Register number column. If done get the counter signature from the Invigilator near the Register Number  > The invigilator verifies the Hall Ticket and makes the signature near the concerned subject
10.00     distribute question papers.  check if the register numbers are written on the QP, check if the QP Code is written on the answer booklet.
10.15     HSE EXAM starts
Additional sheets. Get the dated initials on the right top corner of the additional sheets.
Get  one additional sheet at a time..
For 2 hours exam
12.10     warning bell, do not tag the paper right now, it is only after completion of 2 hours
12.15     Students  stand up and  tag the paper, and teacher  collects them in the reg number order.
For 21/2  hours exam
12.40     warning bell, do not tag the paper right now, it is only after completion of 21/2  hours
12.45     Students stand up, and  tag the paper,  and Teacher collects them in the reg number order.
Mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus.
Scientific calculators are allowed.
Exchange of calculators, tables, pencils and pens are not allowed.
Any kind of verbal or non verbal communications are not allowed.
